- Introduction emails to title company, lender, cooperating agents, and administrators—including key contract details like purchase price, earnest money due, and inspection deadlines.
- Introduction emails to buyer and seller with fully executed contract and key transaction dates.
- Verify title company has all required buyer and seller information.
- Coordinate inspections, communicate details with all parties, and send calendar invites.
- Upload and forward all receipts and invoices to the title company and lender.
- Prepare and send TRR for buyer signatures.
- Schedule closing time and notify all parties.
- Order home warranty (based on buyer’s choice) and send to title company and listing agent.
- Share the final settlement statement and closing details with both buyer and seller.
- Verify all closing costs: commissions, home warranty, earnest money, seller credits, HOA fees, and more.
- Upload final closing documents and mark property as sold in MLS (seller side only).
- Ensure full compliance: signed documents, DA accuracy, and correct commission/referral details.
- Maintain open communication with the title company, lender, and cooperating agent—keeping you copied on all correspondence.
Listing Coordination – $125

- Send full listing packet to your seller for signature
- Schedule photography
- Enter listing into the MLS, upload photos and supplements
- Ensure all compliance documents are submitted to your brokerage
Offer Preparation – $75
Professional and prompt offer handling.
- Prepare offer paperwork
- Download relevant MLS documents
- Write and send the offer for signature
- Submit to listing agent
